AC2 WAVE FORWARD 2026 Brings the WAVE Ecosystem Together
Customers, technology partners and industry leaders came together in Kuala Lumpur to explore how warehouse operations are evolving and what comes next for warehouse technology.
On 1 October 2026, AC2 welcomed customers, technology partners and industry leaders to AC2 WAVE FORWARD 2026 at Le Méridien Kuala Lumpur.
Designed as an AC2 WAVE ecosystem event, WAVE FORWARD 2026 brought together organizations from across warehouse management, logistics, automation, robotics, mobility, cloud technology, data and digital transformation.
The event provided a platform for customers to share their experiences, technology partners to demonstrate their capabilities, and industry participants to exchange ideas about the future of warehouse operations.
More than a technology showcase, WAVE FORWARD 2026 was a conversation about where warehouses are heading next.

Bringing the WAVE Ecosystem Together
The modern warehouse is becoming increasingly connected.
Warehouse management systems, mobile technologies, automation, robotics, data and artificial intelligence are becoming part of a broader operational environment.
That changing landscape was reflected in the AC2 WAVE FORWARD 2026 audience.
Customers brought perspectives from retail, warehousing and logistics. Technology companies demonstrated solutions across different parts of the warehouse ecosystem. Industry leaders shared experiences from their own operational environments.
Together, they created an environment for practical conversations about how technology can help warehouses become more adaptive, intelligent and connected.
The Wave Forward
The event opened with AC2's keynote exploring the journey of WAVE and the changing role of warehouse management technology.
From its beginnings as a new warehouse management system, WAVE WMS has grown into a platform supporting nearly 40 customer organizations across multiple industries and markets.
The keynote reflected on what AC2 has learned along that journey, what has been built, and how the industry is changing.
Three themes shaped the discussion:
Performance
Warehouse operations need to execute efficiently, consistently and at scale.
Resilience
A modern WMS needs to adapt as processes, requirements and operating environments change.
Growth
Warehouse technology needs to provide a foundation that can support businesses as their operations expand.
The keynote also explored a broader shift in warehouse management.
Complexity is inevitable.
Complexity drives change.
Intelligence drives better decisions.
As more operational data becomes available, the opportunity is no longer simply to record what happened.
The next step is to turn that information into insights that can help people make better decisions and respond faster.

WAVE IN ACTION
The WAVE IN ACTION session gave attendees a practical look at how the platform continues to evolve.
The demonstration showcased AC2 Intelligence, workflow capabilities and new WAVE WMS features, showing how different capabilities can work together to support increasingly complex warehouse operations.
The focus was not simply on individual features, but on how a modern WMS can help connect warehouse processes, information and decision-making.
It was a practical demonstration of the direction in which WAVE is evolving: toward a more adaptive, intelligent and connected warehouse platform.
Customers Take the Conversation Forward
Customer experience was an important part of WAVE FORWARD 2026.
The event featured a series of Fireside Chats with WAVE customers, bringing together perspectives from MYDIN, Storii Group, Santa Warehousing, Segi Fresh and Ninja Van.
The conversations covered different operational environments and experiences.
Storii Group and MYDIN reflected on their journey with WAVE, including the evolution of their warehouse requirements.
Santa Warehousing discussed expanding capabilities and preparing for future possibilities.
Segi Fresh shared its journey from traditional paper and pen-based warehouse processes toward a more modern WMS environment.
Ninja Van explored the importance of speed when every second counts in a high-volume logistics operation.
Together, these customer perspectives showed how the role of a WMS continues to evolve as warehouse operations become more complex and technology becomes more deeply integrated into the operation.
A Customer Showcase: Storii Group
WAVE FORWARD 2026 also gave customers an opportunity to showcase what they are building and bringing to market.
Storii Group, AC2 WAVE's first customer, was among the customer organisations featured at the event, showcasing a selection of its products and brands.
The showcase added a different perspective to the event: behind every warehouse operation is a real business, with real products, customers and supply chain requirements. It was a reminder that warehouse technology ultimately exists to support the businesses and people moving products from source to customer.
Having Storii Group participate in this way also brought the WAVE journey full circle — from being the first customer to being part of the wider AC2 WAVE ecosystem at WAVE FORWARD 2026.

Technology Partners Shaping the Warehouse Ecosystem
A modern warehouse does not operate on a single technology.
Warehouse management increasingly connects with automation, robotics, mobility, labelling, device management, cloud infrastructure and other technologies.
AC2 WAVE FORWARD 2026 brought together technology companies contributing to different parts of this ecosystem.
The event was supported by Kardex, Kengic, Loftware, Zebra Technologies, HAI Robotics, Ingram Micro, Pax8, CRT Insights, 42Gears and U Mobile.
Their participation reflected an important reality of modern warehouse technology:
The future of warehouse operations will be increasingly connected, with different technologies working together to support the people and processes running the warehouse.

More Than a Technology Showcase
Technology was central to WAVE FORWARD 2026, but the event was ultimately about people.
Throughout the day, customers, partners and industry participants had the opportunity to exchange experiences, discuss operational challenges and explore new possibilities.
That interaction is an important part of the WAVE ecosystem.
The technology provides the foundation.
The experience of the people operating warehouses helps shape what that technology needs to become.
Looking Ahead
WAVE FORWARD 2026 reflected how much warehouse operations have changed, and how much more change is still ahead.
Warehouses are becoming more adaptive, intelligent and connected.
Data is becoming increasingly important. Automation and robotics are creating new possibilities. Artificial intelligence is opening new approaches to operational intelligence and decision-making.
At the same time, businesses need warehouse technology that can continue to adapt as their requirements evolve.
That is the direction AC2 sees for WAVE.
A warehouse management platform that evolves with the warehouse.

The WAVE Forward Continues
AC2 WAVE FORWARD 2026 brought together the customers, technology partners and industry participants contributing to the next generation of warehouse operations.
To everyone who joined us, shared their experiences, demonstrated their technology and contributed to the conversations, thank you for being part of WAVE FORWARD 2026.
The event may have been one day, but the conversations continue.
Because the future of warehouse management will not be shaped by one company or one technology alone.
It will be shaped by the ecosystem.
The warehouse is changing.
The WAVE is moving forward.
